Our improved online experience allows members to explore benefits and eligibility while keeping track of claims. Need to print a new ID card? They can do that here. Want to see the costs of different lenses and frames? They can use our handy cost estimator — before heading to the eye doctor.

Provider Locator 2.0

Eyes are like fingerprints. No two are alike. Likewise, choosing an eye doctor should be the right fit for your unique eyes. As part of the new Member Web rollout, we’re launching an enhanced provider locator, making it even easier for members to find the “best fit“ independent or retail provider. 

Members can search by location or name and get a list of nearby options in seconds. Map it with door-to-door directions, and for select eye doctors, schedule a visit online. Plus, improved screen reader accessibility, updated print functionality and enhanced filtering capabilities help members find the right doctor, right away.
