A new kit delivering all things vision for your open enrollment and health fair events

Between planning for open enrollment and coordinating vendors for health fairs (and everything else in between), we know that you have a long list of to-do’s. To help you communicate your vision benefit offering to employees, we’re excited to announce a new digital kit for benefits events, such as open enrollment and health fairs.

With our new digital event kit for benefit administrators, we’ll supply plenty of materials on your EyeMed vision benefits that you can download, save, print, send, upload and more. You decide how much or little to distribute – however you choose to get the word out to employees.

Just give us at least 5 business days advance notice and you’ll receive an email directing you to a customized landing page with EyeMed materials specific to your group, such as:

• Benefit summary: detailing their in-network and out-of-network vision benefits
• Provider directory: tailored with a list of providers closest to your work site(s)
• Member FAQs: to help employees understand the ins and outs of their EyeMed vision benefits
• Access to download videos, customizable posters and email templates, and more through eyemedeyeq.com/oe
• OPTIONAL: enrollment forms and/or versions of everything in Spanish

The digital kit is available for all EyeMed clients – no matter your group size or number of employees at a site.
